Rum Cupcakes Recipe – Vanilla Cup Cake Recipe

Rum cupcakes recipe ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon rum
Rum vanilla cup cake recipe instruction:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cocoa.
Separately beat eggs and mix oil, whipping cream, vanilla and rum in it.
Gradually stir flour mixture into whipping cream mix to get smooth mass.
Fill cupcake pans and bake in a preheated oven to 350°F for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool cupcake cakes on a wire rack.
