Lemon Cupcakes Recipe – Yogurt Coconut Cupcakes

Yogurt coconut cupcakes recipe ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/8 cups sugar, granulated
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4.4 oz butter, softened
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 oz coconut, powdered
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Coconut lemon cupcakes recipe instruction:
Beat eggs with sugar and mix yogurt, milk and butter in it.
Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, coconut and lemon zest. Gradually, mix dry ingredients in yogurt mixture.
Fill cupcake pans and bake cup cakes in the preheated oven to 350°F for about 20 minutes.
