Coconut cupcake frosting recipe ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar, granulated
- 3.5 oz semi-sweet chocolate, shaved
- 8 tablespoons coconut flour
- 7 oz butter
Chocolate cupcake icing recipe instruction:
Beat eggs with sugar on the steam for about 10 minutes.
Add chocolate and coconut in eggs and mix it all the time to become creamy. Remove it from the heat. Cool it.
Beat butter and mix it into chocolate coconut mixture.
Frost your cupcakes and sprinkle them with coconut.
