Easy chocolate frosting for cupcakes ingredients:

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 7 oz (200 grams) bittersweet chocolate, chopped
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Best cupcake frosting recipe instruction:

Pour heavy cream in the saucepan and cook it in low heat.

Stir chopped chocolate in the heavy cream to melts and to get smooth mass (about 10 minutes). Stir vanilla in it as well and remove it from the heat.

Let the chocolate icing cool to room temperature and stir it occasionally.

Spread it onto cooled cupcakes.
